Taco Meal Causes Vomiting - Taco Bell, Vandalia Ohio

Last night at around 9pm for dinner. I️ had Two tacos and the nachos and absolutely no hot sauce. I️ go To bed and wake up at 3 am (it is now 6am) and I️ have been throwing up blood since i woke up. Insane amounts of dark brown blood vomit. It’s like all I️ had Eaten magically turned into large amounts of just straight liquid vomit coming out. My throat is completely burned from all of the acid. Idk what was on my food but I’ve never in my life had this happen. I’m never eating at any restaurant ever again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
