On Monday 3/22/16 I didn't eat breakfast. I was fine. I bought a crunchwrap supreme and a soft taco at 2 pm. Around 5 pm, I started feeling nauseous and I started having chills. It continued all night. I also had a constant headache and was really dizzy. 1st and last time I get taco bell from there. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Headache, Dizziness, Chills
