On 4/24 I ate at Taco Bell for lunch. By 9pm I started with a sour stomach. By 2am on 4/25 I was in so much pain in m6 stomach I thought I was in labor. I ended up having diarrhea over 60x. Was burping rotten eggs and became so dehydrated I needed IV fluids. All doctors seem to agree that it was most likely a food borne illness since none else has gotten sick or ate at Taco Bell with me. It is now 4/30 and I can hold down soups and crackers. Awful experience. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Burping
