Ordered 2 chicken chalupas with spicy ranch sauce and a soft taco supreme on Tuesday July 20th around 6 pm. Later that evening had cramps in lower abdomen. The next day at work became very nauseous and started having cold sweats. Started vomiting Wednesday night. Thursday attempted to go into work just to have cold sweats and vomiting again. Went to the doctors where they ran blood test and urine and even is covid test that came up negative. They informed me it was more than likely food poisoning and that I was extremely dehydrated. Friday July 23rd and I can still barely get out of the bed. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Dehydration, Sweating
