Had the 5 dollar nacho fries box, are the nacho fries, beefy 5 layer burrito and a hours later started to get a headache which turned into very bad stomach cramps, nausea and diarrhea. This same thing happened the other day (March 1st) after consuming less than half an order of a relatives nacho fries bell grande. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Headache
