I went to Taco Bell yesterday between 2pm and 3pm and ordered three supreme soft tacos. I ate two and then went to work. I started to feel sick so I went home and went to sleep. I've been trying to get over a cold so I didn't think much of it and took my cold medicine. Later that night I woke out of my sleep and ran to the bathroom, I was in the bathroom for hours with diaherra. And now the next morning, I am still going to the bathroom and I have a terrible stomach pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
