Ate Mexican pizza and two tacos and that was the only thing I ate that whole day. Starting feeling sick about three hours later. Might be TMI but I was vomiting, diarrhea, headache, fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
