I ate a mexican pizza and 2 tacos for dinner. By 11 pm i was having stomach pains . A short time later i had diarrhea , vomiting and fever all nigjt and still have it this afternoon. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
