Had Taco Bell and only Taco Bell to eat yesterday. Woke up 3 times last night to go to the bathroom and I had extremely watery and cloudy diarrhea. I'm going to the bathroom for the fourth time now. I'm thinking shigella maybe | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever
