Cantina Tacos Illness Report - Taco Bell, Inwood West Virginia

I ate 2 cantina chicken tacos last night around 7:30, then finished them at around 11-11:30PM. I started feeling ill around midnight-12:30AM with chills, stomach cramps, nausea. I threw up twice from 3:30-4AM to again at around 6-7:30AM. I’ve had watery diarrhea a few times, no appetite, and a fever w/chills the entire time. I had not eaten anything prior, as the Taco Bell was the only thing in my system at the time. I will never be eating from this restaurant or any of its chain again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Loss of Appetite
