My son ate a taco for his lunch yesterday has been vomiting with diarrhea chills swollen face severe pain and yellow skin chills fever since eating here yesterday and is on meds from his pediatrician & border line ER if his meds don't work 's he has turned yellow. We are monitoring him. It was all he ate and has been violently ill all last night and today. It is scary. Is anyone else sick from Taco Bell? Shuld I phone the health dept? I don't want anyone else to go through this! : ( | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
