I ordered Taco Bell around 7:20 PM and I woke up at 3 AM throwing up everything that I eat. The next morning I still was vomiting and I had diarrhea. I want to head and went to work the following day and I still felt weak it was still having nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea . So therefore I felt really weak to the point where I couldn’t stand up and I am now passing out of my job in the ambulance took me to the hospital and took him to find out I was diagnosed with food poisoning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness
