I ordered a chicken burrito at 2pm and started vomiting at 4pm uncontrollably. Then diarrhea started and nausea along with dizzy spells. I fainted from dehydration and was rushed to the ER were I was kept over night. After several tests were ran and images were taken they come to find out it was a severe case of food poisoning. I spent 2 nights in the hospital because of how dehydrated I was from all the diarrhea and vomiting. Went through 14 IV fluid bags the first 2 days. I was discharged with antibiotics. Never eating Taco Bell again!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Dizziness
