I ate Taco Bell the night before I got sick. I woke up the next morning at 5:30 fine for a few minutes. But then it hit me like a truck a few minutes later. Chills, nausea, 102.2 fever, stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, couldn't walk, dizzy, and severe headache. I could not get up from bed, I had to have my brother being me bananas, crackers, apple sauce and pedialite. Little did it help because I threw it up and was severely dehydrated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Headache, Dizziness, Chills
