I had nacho sepreame and a soft taco with a Baja blast (tasted like straight up gas with bubbles.) last night and woke up this morning so weak I could barely get ready for work. Right when I got to work I wouldn’t stop vomiting and having diarrhea. I had to leave early today I haven’t ate or drank since then. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
