Last week I ordered a xx large steak nachos threw up diareaha fever I thought I had a bug today I ordered xx nachos again with in finishing it felt like I could not breathe and threw up my son was sick min later He wants to go to hospital | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
