Taco Salad Causes Hospitalization - Taco Bell,

Had taco salad sunday 5-19-13 at 1:30 am.didn't eat anything all day,woke up about 7am stomach cramps bad. Gave me bloody diarrhea,had to be taken to hospital for fluids and antibotics.Felt terrible for days!Contacted taco bell waiting for call back. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
