Tomatoes Suspected in Illness - Taco Bell, Indianapolis Indiana

4 years ago reported by user-mpyhp214

Taco Bell, Indianapolis, IN, USA

Indianapolis, Indiana, United States

I become seriously ill within 6 hrs of eating there. I woke up with stomach cramps and started vomiting and having diarrhea. This lasted an entire day along with a terrible headache. My coworker ate at a different store at developed the same symptoms within a few hours. My son ate there also and did not become ill. Both my and my coworkers food had tomatoes on it. My sons did not. That is the only difference in what we ate.
My co-worker ate at Belmont Ave and W Washington St in Indianapolis Indiana. Opposite sides of town. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
