Ate Mexican Pizza with tomatoes at 8 pm. Did not eat anything afterwards, or eat breakfast next morning by lunch was having abdominal pain and by 6pm was vomiting,diarrhea,fever,chills and in great pain for 6+ hours! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
