I started feeling ill about 20 minutes after eating the Mexican Pizza meal, and have been sick almost 4 hours with vomiting and diarrhea. Although others did eat there with me, I was the only one to order that meal. No one else was affected. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
