Burrito Brings Severe Illness - Taco Bell, Bremerton Washington

I ate 75% of a cantina chicken burrito and got terrible food poising. I was up all night, super sick. Vomiting and diarrhea at the same time, all night. It’s 9:30am the next day and I am still just as sick. I am considering going to the hospital. I am never eating Taco Bell again. Update 48 hours later: still feeling sick from the taco. Still have diarrhea and moderate dehydration. Joints hurt and I have fever/chills. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration, Joint Pain
