4 cool ranch tacos (regular). I order very generic things bc it seems safer. By that night I feel nauseous..early am and beyond I have a fever and can't stop throwing up. Had travelled out of state to a seminar and had to leave..stopping to get sick every 40 miles and not even able to drink water. Phenergen and some ibuprofen and a full nights rest and I'm better except the hundreds of dollars I lost for the seminar plus what felt like a near death experience. Thanks Taco Bell, you made my permanent shit list. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
