I stopped at this Taco Bell at 11:00 am on Thursday, July 19th. I ordered a number 6 which consist of a hard taco, 2 chalupas with a drink. I left the store and went home, which is only 10 mins away from store. I ate my hard taco first then only ate one of the chalupas. Both were still warm and tasted normal. Around 1:00pm, my stomach began to cramp and felt aggravated. I had to be at work at 3 which also happens to be a fast food restaurant. By this times, I was sweaty but was not hot, my hands started shaking. Toward the middle of my shift it got severely worse. I took my break and tried to eat something and could not. My condition went to nausea, sweating, shaking, lightheaded, and finally went to restroom to throw up. I threw up 4 separate times and finally got to were it was just stomach acid coming out. I could not even hold down water. By this point I had to leave work cause I did not want to containment anyone else around me. I was so weak I could barely drive. I have only had food poisoning 3 times in my life, this being the third and I will not eat Taco Bell again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating, Lightheaded, Weakness, Shaking, Cramps
