Taco Combo Causes Illness - Taco Bell, Kenner Louisiana

On August 30, 2017, I visited a local Taco Bell in Loyola Ave, Kenner, LA. Upon arriving to Taco Bell I ordered a $5 box which consisted of a Doritos taco, hard shell taco and a chalupa. After consuming all 3 items, my stomach began cramping. I became nauseous subsequently I vomited and defecated on my self. There was no time to get to a restroom. It immediately poured out and there was nothing I could do to stop it. The next morning I awoke with a throbbing migraine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Migraine
