Ate steak quesadilla at 4:00 pm. About 2-3 hours later got the worst stomach and abdominal pains. Threw up all night long as well as diarrhea all night long. Have fever, nausea, chills and feel very weak. It’s been 24 hours and starting to feel a little better as the vomiting and diarrhea has stopped. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills, Stomach Pain
