Taco Duo Sickened - Taco Bell, City of Orange New Jersey

Myself and a child were the only ones to eat tacos from Taco Bell on Tuesday, 4 others in the house did not, within 48 hours myself and the child had severe diarrhea and vomiting, chills and lethargy.
