Yesterday I order a taco bell doordash and that is all I ate all day I felt a sense of fullness that I had never felt before. I went to the gym with my mother and after I was still full even though I had burned over 700 calories. Then, my mother and I went to get our nails done where this feeling was still there. When we got home I didn’t eat anything else (all I had all day was the taco bell) and went to lay down. I experienced chills and shakes so I knew something was wrong. Then when I went to lay in my bed it was the opposite I felt hot and took off all the blankets. I ended up not being able to sleep and I threw up at 12:23 am , 4:44 am and just now at around 7:10 am. I still feel like I am unable to eat. I think the food at this taco bell is unsafe. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
