Bad Lettuce Taco Illness - Taco Bell, Wintersville Ohio

We had a box of Tacos We were eating and I said that the lettuce tasted bad.  I didn’t eat anymore but my husband did.  He also said it didn’t taste right but ate it anyway.  He’s the only one that is sick.  Symptoms started a couple hours after he ate.  He was very sick for about 18 hours.  Thursday evening  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
