I was coming home from a friends house tonight and I was absolutely starving. I got home at my food and watched tv. Shortly after I went upstairs and go ready for bed and I remember feeling very bloated and exhausted. At around 2am I woke up with severe abdominal cramps. I immediately jumped out of bed and ran to the bathroom and started to vomit. I vomited or so for about an hour it seems and than briefly after I had diarrhea following that. I also had symptoms of sweating shaking and dizziness. I did not have a fever but I have never wanted to jump out of my skin more in my 22 years than I do right now. I took some peptobismal and I currently cannot fall back asleep in fear of my pain reoccurring. I will never eat Taco Bell again | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating, Dizziness, Sweating, Body Ache, Shaking, Fever
