I ate the cantina chicken quesadilla Friday March 6th probably around 10 pm. Around 5 pm on Saturday I started feeling sick and then within an hour I was severely ill. I have never been so sick in my entire life. I can't even count how many times I threw up. I had to be hospitalized, given multiple bags of fluids and multiple kinds of medications to control the nausea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
