Ate at tacobell two times in three days. On day one and day three. About 30 minutes after finishing the food I began to feel dizzy. I vommited everything up it seemed from my colon to my tonsils came up. Called the er and the paramedics. Was hospitalized for about 5 to 6 hours before being released with medication | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
