Taco Bell
Had Taco Bell for dinner on Saturday 12/12/15. Felt a bit sluggish with off and on stomach cramps days following. On Wed symptoms started to get more severe with abnominal cramping, major headache and discomfort. Was hot and cold all day on Thurs with major headache and cramps persisting. Was in bed all day exhausted and nautious feeling. Woke up Fri AM at 5AM to diarrhea, abnominal cramps and persistent headache. It's 3:06pm on Fri 12/18/15 and I have been constantly having diarrhea, cramps, nausea and headache. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache, Cramps
