Only thing ate on 12/12 was a burrito supreme ordered from drive thru at 11:30am. Almost immediately and throughout the afternoon had significant stomach gas. Developed the chills and muscle aches about 4pm. Got into bed about 5:30pm and started vomiting at 7pm and chills went to sweats. Did not eat or drink anything until about 5am next day with some minor chills remaining. Minor case for the most part but still very inconvenient. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas, Chills, Sweating, Muscle Pain
