On 6/9/2026 between 5 pm and 6pm I ate a chicken bake from Costco food court. Within 30 minutes of eating I started having severe stomach cramps, followed by burping the chicken bake with a foul smell, and diarrhea and vomit.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Burping
