Chicken Bake Illness Alert - Costco, Livonia Michigan

On 6/9/2026 between 5 pm and 6pm I ate a chicken baked from Costco food court . Within 30 minutes of eating i started having severe stomach cramps , followed by burping the chicken bake with a foul smell , and diarrhea and vomit .
