On 6/9/2026 between 5 pm and 6pm I ate a chicken bake from Costco food court. Within 30 minutes of eating I started having severe stomach cramps, followed by burping the chicken bake with a foul smell, and diarrhea and vomit.

Got a chicken for salad separated and shredded the chicken for next day salad ate some of it while separating it a few hours later haven’t been able to stop the vomiting and diarrhea

Friday March 25th and Monday March 28th., Food from there. We both consumed their rotisserie chicken on the same night. I was suspicious that the chicken was the cause of the poisoning. However, we both ate their buffalo chicken dip and began showing symptoms.

pepperoni pizza an strawberry ice cream. About 1/2 hour later diarrhea set in really bad with an upset stomach. Horrible. All this food poisoning has to stop
