I ate at here on 9-25-21. I had fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp at about 9:30pm and have diarrhea at 12:30am. I want to report this so that I can hopefully prevent others from getting sick.

ER Visit after OG Meal

Immediately felt ill upon leaving and soon after had to be rushed by ambulance to the ER after fainting followed by breaking out into hot and cold feverish sweating and violent vomiting for two days
| Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Sweating
