Saturday January 14 2023, Chicken chalupa from here I took a bite of the chalupa first throng I ate that morning well I mean the whole day still have not ate to mention well I took a bite it taste nasty I opened it up when I smelled a spoiled smell and the chicken was white and stank soo bad later on I was in the ER and got tested and got told I had foodborn illness and salmonella also have not gotten better and they gave me an iv told me I also had hypertension that can be cause by the abdomen pain next day went to urgent care did not feel any better she said that I had to wait at least 72 hours before they can give me an antibiotic to help fight the infection | Symptoms: Other
