I bought a Cantina bowl from the drive-in on 3/31. I took about 5-6 bites and felt pressure immediately build up in my intestines. The pressure was so bad that my back was inflamed. It was very difficult to drive home. On way home, I vomited several times. If you look on Yelp, previous complaints about lack of sanitation a this location. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
