Additional Information: Ate night of 4/25, woke up next morning at 6am with diarrhea. Then came severe nausea and stomach, eventually committing multiple times until bile and water was left. About 8 hours later was able to sleep, now feeling better at hour 9.5. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
