Mexican pizza, and nacho bell grande, My husband and I went inside to eat. I was eating the bell grande and hubby had the Mexican pizza. He says he tasted a twang right away but thought it was a different sauce. I only noticed the taste when I got to the beans on the nachos. When I said this tastes not good, he had ate his last bite. I stopped eating immediately and he ran to the truck where he got sick in the parking lot. He started feeling very fatigued and slept all afternoon. He woke up around 5pm and couldn't eat because of nausea. Soon after the diarrhea started and he's been going for the past. 24 hours. He has to work outside and in this heat he's getting dehydrated quickly. He's got a doctor's appointment Monday if he any worse I'm taking him to the ER. Don't eat there. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fatigue, Dehydration
