I had taco bell around 930pm on 2/15/19 on my way home from work. I had two taco supremes and double cheezy gordita crunch. I woke up up at about 330 am with bad stomach pains and had diarrhea and shortly after using restroom I began vomiting as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
