i was busy all day finally picked up taco bell for dinner and had triple layer nachos, cinnabons, taco, and beefy quesarito. i felt really feel for two hours then i went to bed. woke up a few hours later sweating with cramps. threw up twice then had diahrea till 5 am. horrible! now ive been sick in bed all day | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating
