Ordered a #2 from Taco Bell and additional soft taco supreme with Pink Lemonade. Started not to get it. Ironically, my brother tried to convince me to not get it explaining how unhealthy the food is, but I decided to order anyway. A few moments after eating half of the food I immediately began to feel sick and my stomach felt uneasy. Felt like I had to vomit, but nothing happened. Wasn't until next morning I vomited all day. The other week I got sick from eating TacoBell and had a very bad headache. Didn't think it would be a big deal for me to get it a second time because I thought maybe I would be alright since I was going to a different location, but nope. That wasn't the case. So I guess that means no more TacoBell for me, which is unfortunate because it was my favorite fast food. But after those incidents, I'm unable to eat there again. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache
