I went to Taco Bell around 11am yesterday (I work night shift) and had 3 soft shell chicken tacos. I went home and went to sleep and was awoken a few hours later by the overwhelming feeling of nausea. I ran to the bathroom and proceeded to violently vomit which was then followed by diarrhea. I also began to develop a fever and a severe migraine. It’s now a day later and none of this has stopped. I don’t have medical insurance so going to the hospital is unfortunately not an option. I’m terrified and I feel like I’m f*cking dying to be completely honest. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Migraine
