Our boss from rite aid ordered the employees tacos. I ate two soft tacos on my break. Before my shift was over I had started to feel very sick and stomach pain. I went to the bathroom and had diarrhea. After that I still had very serious stomach pains walking home. When I got home the pain was so bad I started to stick my finger down my throat for comfort. But eventually, my body forced all of the food out of my system. I Believe something is wrong with those tacos because I never had vomit or had severe stomach pain when I eat tacos from there.I vomit so hard the food came out my nose. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I know the food is ok at Taco Bell, but I had to stop eating it 10 years ago. I ALWAYS felt sick afterwards...maybe it’s just me but I don’t think so. I hope you are feeling better. I am so sorry.
Do not eat in that taco bell trash hahahaha thanks to these people I am informing me about the poisoning of taco bell, once I was about to order there but I just noticed that many people get poisoned by eating in taco bell, thank you, they saved me wapos
