Today around 4:30 I got a beefy nacho griller on my way home, and immediately upon arriving home my stomach was in the worst pain imaginable. I rushed to the bathroom and it started pouring, yes literally pouring, out of both ends | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
