Picked up 4 crunchy tacos on 2-6-2023. Went and had a low tire fixed and to the car wash. While sitting there I poured fire sauce on the first one. At the end I tasted a weird taste. I blamed it on have just taking a zicam. i decided to try the next one without sauce. The strange taste was worse. One bite is all I could take. Had a doctors appointment about an hour later. As soon as I got there it was like an eruption. While I’m the doctors office I went to sweating all over. So much so my clothes were wet. Doctor gave me medicine to try and help settle my stomach that didn’t work. Next I got real dizzy and after that I couldn’t keep my head up or eyes open. The taste was almost like a chemical. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating, Dizziness
