I bought a Mexican pizza last Thursday oct 24th 2023 and Friday night I got hit with the worst case of food poisoning ever. Also, I cannot walk or focus and the room spins when I open my eyes. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
