September 29th, Friday afternoon approximately 3:00-4:00 PM we had ordered food from this location. Started feeling a little ill Friday night. Got off work Saturday morning around 6am and was feeling a bit light headed/unbalanced, later developed a headache followed by chills and fever which kept me bed ridden for the entire weekend. 2 of my other family members were also catching the same thing at the same time, the only thing we had in common was eating Taco Bell. My wife did not partake in the food and was the only one among us that did not get the flu; which I may be mistaking for COVID, because I have lost my sense of taste and smell even though I have recovered from the symptoms. | Symptoms: Fever, Headache, Chills, Lightheaded
